Today I was just going through books.google.com and I found this interesting thing. You guys might already know about this... but I think its worth mentioning.
As you know all temporary internet files get stored at temp folder right? All the pages that you go through in books.google.com gets saved in temp folder as .bmp files. What else you need... just browse through all the pages of limited preview book by querying for different strings for getting access to all the pages and then you just collect those .bmp files and just stich them
